BMW testing 2009 aero

While other teams are testing their KERS systems, BMW is the only team to test their aerodynamics package on their car, named F1.08B. The testing took place at Catalunya circuit in Barcelona, Spain for three days starting today.

Only one word can describe the new 2009 aero package for F1 cars: UGLY. The F1 cars will now looks much more like an A1GP car. I wonder how will Mclaren's, Ferrari's and other teams design for upcoming season. Can't wait to see it.

As on the rules of 2009 for aero-package on F1 cars, the aerodynamics were now totally different from the 2008 spec. The test were taken at Gloucestershire’s Kemble airfield and ran by by Formula 3 driver, Jonathan Kennard.

The new regulations saw a wider and lower front wing, while the rear wing is taller and narrower.

Code name for tech personalities?

This is totally funny. All those code names and their alternates are related to the real person. Steve Jobs' alternate name 'boom boom' seems like the words he always use when delivering his keynotes... and BOOM!! Steve Ballmer's code name Raging Bull.. just like how he behaves.. ANGRY.. and shouting loudly. Linus Torvalds as a SourceLord? Yeah.. he really is, isn't it?
